I love this story and how it celebrates the woman's perseverance. I mean, can you imagine it? Jesus doesn't answer her request at first. She basically keeps nagging him. She's literally the embodiment of 'Knock and the door shall be opened for you.' She would NOT give up. Would that none of us ever gave up when we ask the Lord for something useful and helpful to others!
