What's in Your heart?

Deuteronomy Diamonds-

Chapter 8:2,3-"And you shall remember that the LORD your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not.
So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the LORD."

Jesus was also led into the wilderness, perhaps the same one, and He was tested and allowed to hunger. What was found in His heart? The very words that Moses had spoken hundreds of years before. Jesus said to the Temptor when offered earthly bread to eat, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.'"

What is in your heart will come out of your mouth when you are in the wilderness.

Eat the manna of the Word of God. It will be life to you in the midst of the wilderness and it may be what brings you out as well.
