Mexican Meat and Bean Mixture for Tortillas or Taco Salad

Brown burger-bear, venison, turkey, or beef. (1 pound or more)
Add some taco seasoning or chili powder and red pepper.
Add onions and peppers and sauté as the burger browns. (optional)
After meat is browned, add a jar of salsa and a can of beans-
black, kidney, and/or pinto. ( or already seasoned chili beans)

Use to make tortillas or taco salad.

If making taco salad, break a head of lettuce in pieces,
toss with French dressing, add shredded cheese.
Crush tortilla or nacho chips and toss.
Add meat mixture and toss.
Optional ingredients-tomatoes and black olives.

To make tortillas, spread meat down the center of a tortilla.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, and sour cream.
Roll up and enjoy yourself.
