Meats

TROUT

My favorite way to make trout is to put butter on the bottom of a glass pan,
lay the trout skin side down on top of the butter,
sprinkle lemon juice on top of the trout,
spread melted butter on top of the trout,
sprinkle seasoned salt and lemon pepper on top of the trout.

Bake at 350 for 20-30 min. until the meat flakes when a fork is placed
in the thickest part of the fish steak and twisted.

Yum..

ROAST-beef, bear, venison

I place the roast in a crock pot and spread horseradish all over the top.

That's the ticket.
You can add crushed garlic, onions, mushrooms, etc. if you want to
but the secret ingredient that tenderizes the meat is horseradish.

Buy it in jars in the refrigerated section at the store.

Cook on low all night or on high for several hours until the meat falls apart.
