2 packages or 2 Tablespoons yeast
2/3 cup warm water
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups cold water
2 T. oil
2 T. sugar
1 T. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic power, optional
1/2 tsp. oregano
6-1/2 cup bread flour
Let first 3 ingredients stand until bubbly; set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients-water, oil, sugar, and seasonings-in mixer or large bowl.
Then add yeast mixture alternately with flour.
Knead. Let rise until double. (put in a greased bowl, flip, and cover bowl with towel)
Place 1/4 cup vegetable oil in pan-go with less if using a small pan.
Press dough in pan. Do not press up sides.
Add pizza sauce only.
Bake at 450 for 15 min.
Remove and add favorite pizza toppings.
Bake at 450 for 10 more min.
Makes 3 pizzas.
