Pureed Vegetable Soup

This is an excellent soup to make when you are fighting a respiratory flu or cold or when you are fasting. You can make it with any vegetable you have on hand. I use chicken broth stock-organic-as the base.

Put two quarts of chicken broth in kettle.
Begin to heat up broth.

Add onion, garlic, celery, potatoes, sweet potato, broccoli, spinach, turnip, carrots, cauliflower, etc. or any combination of these things that you may have.

Cook until soft. Let sit off heat for a bit.
Blend in a blender in several installments.
