I wish I could see one of the bald eagles! We have at least two kinds of owls - the Great Horned Owl woke me up again at dawn today, and another with a traditionial "whoo-whoo" cry answered her. I love the variety of birds in Virginia!

I wish you could have seen them too. I loved your beautiful iris. I am quite sure that Phil's sister, Anne, would know the name of that iris. I'll try to get her onto your blog-after her wedding next Sat. of course. Annette

Wow - do you see all those birds on your property?

You had asked about info about starting an iHope (or something like it) in VA ... I have some info written up on the 'elements' of each evening, but nothing that is ready to send at this time. I will try to put something together and connect with you about it.
The evening with Janelle at iHope was very meaningful! I really appreciated her honesty and the way she shared her journey through grief with photos and poems. I hope and pray that she will have many opportunities to share that in person and in a book! The Cds of her sharing at iHope are ready and I will ask the church office to make copies for you and your family this weekend.

Hope to see you Sunday.
